LifeChoice Care Planning LLC was formed in 2004 as part of Lori Ringley's desire to expand her professional horizons to provide certified life care planning services to the local legal and medical community and beyond. Her personal values of hard work and honesty along with extensive and varied medical/therapeutic experience and organizational skills show in her final product, delivered in a timely and professional manner.
MISSION STATEMENT/PHILOSPHY: LifeChoice Care Planning LLC is devoted to providing professional life care plans for persons in need. Our plans strive to prevent medical complications by educating patients and families in the needs of the patient and the importance of following the plan. Our goal is to provide a quality product in an timely and cost efficient manner to our referral sources.
